User profile information is provided to the response center when an alarm is triggered. Accurate information is essential as it will be shared with dispatchers.
1. Fill out your name, phone number, and pin #. Your email will auto-populate from your account registration.
Make sure your pin is a 4-digit number you won't forget, such as your birth year. If you activate an alarm the response center will ask for your pin to end the alarm.
2. Fill out your home address. While KATANA uses your location to respond to alarms, if location permissions are turned off the response center will dispatch to the address on your user profile.
3. Fill out your vehicle details. A license plate # is not required, but again this information is designed to help law enforcement if they are dispatched for an active alarm.
*To make the keyboard go away while inputting your address or car details, just tap the screen anywhere other than the keyboard itself.
4. Accept the terms and conditions by clicking the toggle switch.
5. Hit "continue" to advance to phone number verification.
